At Incarna, privacy is not optional. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our AI creation studio. By using the Service, you accept these practices.

#1 Data Collected

We limit collection to data strictly necessary for the Service:

Identity & Account

Email address, unique identifier (via Supabase Auth) and profile photo (if provided).

Creative Data

Your prompts, uploaded reference images, and generated content (images/videos).

Technical Data

IP address, connection logs, browser type (for security and debugging).

Payments

Purchase history. We never store card numbers(handled entirely by Stripe).

#2 Use of Data (Purposes)

  • Service delivery: Let you sign in, generate images, and access your history.
  • AI processing: Your prompts are sent to model providers (e.g., Google Vertex AI, BytePlus) solely for inference.
  • Security: Detect abuse, spam, and attempts to generate illegal content (CSAM, violence).
  • Communication: Send invoices or important service alerts (no marketing spam without consent).

#3 Sharing and Processors

We never sell your personal data. It is shared only with essential technical providers:

  • Supabase:Database hosting and authentication (secure servers).
  • Stripe:Payments and billing.
  • Vercel:Web application hosting.
  • Google/BytePlus:AI APIs (ephemeral processing for generation).

#4 Your Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access and rectification of your data.
  • Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): you can delete your account from your profile.
  • Right to data portability.
